Corrections Policy
Accuracy is our first commitment. If you find an error — in a formula, a result, a fact in a guide, or a translation — we want to know.
How to report
Write to us via the Contact page and include: the page URL, a description of the error, the inputs you used if the error is in a calculator result, and the result you believe is correct with a source where possible.
What happens next
We review every report and verify it against the documented methodology and its sources. If the error is confirmed, we fix it through the same editorial chain used for publishing (draft → review → approval → publication), so the correction is recorded in the audit log. Material formula errors are treated with top priority, and a new test case is added so the error cannot recur.
Transparency
When a material error that changes a result or conclusion is corrected, we note the update on the affected page. We do not silently erase mistakes.
